Comments: To all of you who believe he is innocent well you are entitled to your own beliefs however I think my pertinant information regarding this case should also be know... Paul William Scott did tell others prior to the killing (myself included) and yet others have overlooked this FACT and have made light of as well as downplayed & exaggerated various others as well.... the fact that Paul William Scott is classified as "being retarded" does prove that he should not be sentenced to death for something he did not fully understand due to his intelligence, but it does not excuse him completely from telling the authorities that there was a plan to kill James. I however dont know what it would be like to have such a mental disability and could only compare his intelligence to that of a child (mine is 8) he knows what is right and what is wrong and could/should not be excused from doing something such as murder or assisted murder due to his age or intelligence level. I do think that it's apparent that due to pauls mental situation and abuse that he was not of such even inteligence of my child however from his easyness "being easily led into things" he was a easy target and therefore should not be sentensed to death but should be receiving the best therapy that the State Of Florida can give him rather than wasting away money in this legal matter. to those of you who wish to ask me further questions regarding this matter "at least" respectfully please feel free to e-mail me at tjenson@aol.com (please note I will not be responding to those who do not ask questions or make remarks that are belittling or I find offensive/harrasing to me) keep this in mind I will only answer those who use respect. by the way ..we are all entitle to our own oppinions after all This just hapens to be mine.

Comments: I feel sorry for this man, I have read all the documents you have listed and must say you did a wonderful job on creating this site. My only confusion is that for someone who is so "retarded" what is he doing drugs for? Retarded people normally don't comprehend things like that therefore I question his retardation. I must say it does sound like he got the short end of the stick in this situation, but than again he doesn't sound all that innocent. I think the lesson he needs to learn here is sometimes you end up in the wrong place at the wrong times. Good luck.
